Research and development
Before developing any new products, Linco’s R&D team collects the same or similar products on the market, analyzes the differences among different products, communicates with photographers, and tests the products for future improvement. Linco is committed in high quality control standards in order to provide better quality products to its customers.
Trial and error
The design procedure for a single part of the new product may take over 20 blueprints and produces more than 10 prototypes for modification and testing. Sometimes, a product may be modified for more than 30 times before its final release and mass production. Based on our belief of providing the best quality products to the customers while being eco-friendly, Linco ’s idea is to provide the best products to the customers and insists on using the highest quality control without wasting any materials during the manufacturing process.
Material selection and comparison
Every material or parts used has to pass a series of testing in order to maintain its overall quality and enhance the lifespan of the product. Different from other consumer products that wear out in a short period of time, the products manufactured by Linco are at the highest quality and can withstand the test of time.
High Quality Standard
With the aide of its quality control department, Linco checks carefully on its materials shipped from its vendors. Any defective item is subject to return to its vendor since Linco does not tolerate low quality product and never purchases them at a lower price. For example, Linco is able to control the variance of the stud within 0.1mm. Even the items with uneven painting are considered defective by Linco and will be returned to it’s the supplier. We use only fifty percent of the light stand studs supplied by our suppliers since the rest of them are considered defective in our eyes. The emphasis on quality makes our light stands to be flawless when they are presented to our customers.
Standard of Processing
When a product is still under the work in progress, people at Linco Inc are required to follow its standard of processing in order to control and maintain the product’s highest quality and reduce its standard variance within 0.1mm. To meet our requirements in both the precision and quality and to provide the best quality product to our customers, we sometimes have to screen out approximately 40 percent of the products before they are ready for final packaging.
Complete quality check on product finishing
Before outsourcing our Baking varnish job to a processing factory, we select the factory with reputation as well as outstanding skills. Every piece processed by the outsourced factory is subject to the most strict inspections and selection. A slightly defective item, such as uneven and scraped finishing, will be returned to the processing factory. This is why the surface of our light stands is crystal clear without any scratches or dust. In other words, when you purchased six light stands from us, another four stands did not meet our product finishing standards and have been returned to the processed factory.
Complete and Detailed Packaging
Our packaging is designed to completely fit the product to avoid product shacking during delivery. We require our assembly workers to follow our standards of packaging to ensure the labels are free of air pocket within. Our strict requirements in packaging allow us to deliver the best product to our customers.
